Lock or unlock your MSGCU credit or debit cards.

It’s quick and easy to lock or unlock your MSGCU credit and debit cards.

Select Menu from the navigation bar.

In the MSGCU Mobile App, select Card Controls from the Cards section.

In online banking, Card Controls will be available in the Accounts navigation menu.

Select the card you want to lock or unlock.

Select Lock Card to disable the card.

Your card’s status will display as “Card locked.” 

To unlock the card, select Unlock Card.

You also have the ability to: Report your card lost or stolen. Report your card has been lost and visit a branch for an instantly issued card. Change the card’s PIN. And set travel notifications so your card is available when you travel outside of the state or country.
